Boston Whaler

This is a hard to find 15 Boston Whaler 1988 with a 1998 40 hp Johnson with power trim, very low hours. This is a great motor and very fuel efficient with automatic oil injection. Engine has just been tuned and all fluids changed. Set up is perfect for kids (adults too) to have fun and its not over powered. Everything works on boat and has an automatic bulge pump, with new gas tank. Wood is in great shape. Also has the raised seat, which is the most ergonomic of all the Whalers, not the low configuration that hits your knees. Has full stainless rails both front and back. Boat could use a good waxing. Trailer is fair, new lights and the Buddy bearings are greased and good. Also comes with a spare tire. I would not want to travel very far with the current tires. This boat is USCG approved for 5 people, and is rated at 1600 lb. swamp capacity. No other boat maker comes close to Boston Whaler in this regard. This boat truly is an "unsinkable legend". Selling due to too many boats.
