Boston Whaler 11' Super Sport

This is a fantastic example of a classic very rare model Boston Whaler in excellent, mostly original condition. The hull is a 1986 model with the full Super Sport mahogany interior. This interior package provides a bow storage compartment as well as storage beneath the hinged seat bottom. The mahogany has been finished with 8 coats of Awlgrip Awl Brite Plus wood finish. The bottom has been painted with Pettit Vivid blue anti-fouling paint.Included is a full vinyl cushion set, full Sunbrella mooring cover, with matching engine cowl cover, Amsteel 3 point lifting harness, 6 gallon fuel tank, and spare (used) propeller. The boat is fitted with original Boston Whaler navigation lights (bow red/green, and white all around stern light). The engine is a 2006 model 30 H.P. Yamaha 2-stroke, manual start, manual tilt. The engine looks and runs like brand new. No corrosion inside or out. Also comes with a new aluminum propeller. The 11' Whaler is rated for a 20 h.p. outboard, but with the 30 h.p. the boat will plane and run nicely with up to 3 adults. With one person it is quite fast, but remains stable and safe. The original cable and pulley steering has been recently replaced with Teleflex cable steering, and the engine controls are a modern Yamaha binnacle mount throttle/shifter. You will not find a better example of this rare model Whaler. Perfect as a classy tender for a small motor yacht or Sport Fisherman.The trailer is in poor condition but repairable, ok for short local trips. It needs new lights, new carpet on the bunks, and wheel bearing service. I do NOT have any paperwork on the trailer so I cannot guarantee the buyer will be able to legally register it.
