Great yacht cruiser houseboat, everything works great! 2 full size beds, full size kitchen and refrigerator. Engines start and run great everytime. Located on Eagle Point marina in Lewisville Tx. The buyer should be able to get the slip as well but that would be up to the marina. I love this boat and hate to sell it but Im being transferred and dont want to transport it. This would make a great weekend home!
