Overall the condition of this yacht is excellent for it's age. We have spent the last 4 years working full time and living aboard in Bay Point Marina. Tight and dry it is comfortable in all weather conditions. This is the most economical, low cost place to live in Norfolk. The twin detroit diesels fire right up and purr like kittens. The port transmission works great, but the starboard transmission needs new seals. With a little mechanical work the boat would be cruise ready. It needs nothing to move right in. US documented, you can take her anywhere you want to go. These boats were built like tanks and the fiberglass hull is in great condition with all new thru-hulls installed four years ago.
