Great floating condo currently located in beautiful private marina in Key West...there are few nicer places in the US to spend the winter. This boat has been redone inside and out and is ready for more love.Engines are very good runners...no smoke...750 hours since major rebuild...ready for some basic routine maintenance...oil change and impellers. Has a nice Kohler generator...needs a new starter. This boat has an aft cabin with 3 spacious closets, double bed, single bed and full bath. Forward cabin with queen v berth, half bath, closet and more storage. The salon has comfortable seating, tv, and stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. The galley is well equipped with a propane range/oven, microwave, 2 smaller dorm type fridges, coffee maker and toaster. The upper deck area is where youll spend most of your time...has a hardtop with newer outdoor wicker furniture and Weber gas grill. The boat is well equipped with safety gear, compass, very nice windless and anchor set, vhf radio, digital depth gauges, large screen Raytheon chart plotter and much more.
