This boat is a project and will need lots of sweat equity. The Detroit Diesel 8V71Ti engines are in good condition, however the port engine will need new injectors due to a fuel filter failure. The starboard engine had one turbo removed for new seals, and is ready to be clamped back on. The boat will need a new swim platform because is was stolen while stored off of the boat. These are very sturdy boats and have excellent seakeeping abilities. The hull is solid fiberglass with no coring at all, and the decks are fiberglass as well. This is a large project, and will require someone skilled in interior carpentry as well as electrical etc.

Up for auction is a 1975 46' Bertram MotorYacht project that needs a new owner to restore her to the beauty she once was. Bertram Yacht is one of the finest boat builders in the world and the 46' was one of the most popular hulls they ever built. I fully intended to restore the boat myself, but simply do not have time. This is a wide roomy boat for its length with a beam of approx 16'. The Bertam MotorYacht has the same exact hull as the Bertram Sportfish of the same year so it is very capable of handling heavy seas. There is a full width stateroom at the stern as well as a v-berth at the bow, both equipped with head/bathroom. The main stateroom bath is equipped with a bath tub as well. This boat has a spacious aft deck as well as a huge deck forward, and a large flybridge above.
