SHOOTING STAR until recently has been a well know charter boat. She appears to be generally structurally and mechanically sound, however, she has not been well maintained as of late and will need some repairs and updating do get her back into top condition. The vessel is built on a fiberglass deep-v hull. Her stringer system is fiberglass and bulkheads are marine plywood tabbed in with fiberglass. The hull to deck joint is mechanically and chemically bonded. Her superstructure is molded fiberglass. Her decks are cored fiberglass with non-skid. The hull and structure appear to be sound and shows no evidence of damage or major abuse. Her exterior finish is chalky but generally blemish free. She is powered y twin 650hp Detroit diesels with approx. 2000 hours. The original generator has been replaced and relocated. The generator has 2774 hours. Her electronics are dated. The interior is for the most part original and could use some updating. Vessels overall condition :Fair
Engines reported to be running but the engine condition is unknown.
Approximate present value: $65,000.00.
Note: Valuation was determined by using a combination of both the market data and
replacement cost approach.
Payment by Certified Check, Money transfer is expected 1 days after Auction. Immediate Deposit of $2500.00 is due when auction or buy now is meet. New buyer will need to have the boat towed, or moved 2 days after the auction or Buy now is meet. Vessel can not stay at Current Slip and needs to leave ASAP!
