The boat is in excellent condition. The motor has less than 200 hours and other than color fading due to sun and water, there are no structural damages. The seats are in excellent shape with no cuts, stains or tears. There is some discoloration in portions of the seats.
Description: 

Although the pontoon boat is a 2007, it was purchased new in 2009. It is a one owner boat. It has been docked at the Litchfield Marina since that time. It has been taken out of the water 3 times for servicing and total cleaning, last performed in October 2014, otherwise it remains in the water year round.It has no dents, dings or any other structural damage. It has never had a mechanical problem other than a dead battery which was replace in February of 2015.The bimini top was replaced in the fall of 2014.The seats have no tears or cuts and other than some mildew stains, are in excellent condition.The boat features seating for 10-14 people. It has 2 tables, a sink, radio/CD, anchor, ladder, jumper battery, and 12 life jackets for adults and children.The title to boat will be handed over upon receiving a certified cashier's check.
