• We do not guarantee that the vehicle comes with an owners manual, keyless remote, or cigarette lighter unless shown in pictures.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

• If you are the high bidder at the end of this auction, you must contact us within 24 hours to set up payment arrangements. A deposit of $500 is required within 24 hours of auction end. You can pay your deposit by Visa, Mastercard, wire transfer, money order, or cashiers check. If deposit is made with a credit card, it will be refunded upon receipt of the full amount owed. The deposit is required only to hold the vehicle-not to apply toward the total owed. We do not accept PayPal at all. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available for sale. The full amount is due within 4 days of auction end. If financial transactions are not completed in the time period stated above, you will risk losing your deposit. If you choose the Buy It Now Option, the auction will be ended early and the sale will be completed through classifieds board.
• Florida residents are required to pay state sales tax , title transfer fees, registration fees, and license plate fees. Dealers are required by law to collect these fees and process all of this paperwork at the DMV for the buyer. All of these fees are regulated by the state. Title transfer, registration fees and license plate fees vary by person and birthdate, so we charge a flat rate and refund any difference in charges. Non-Florida residents are to pay their states sales tax to the state of Florida if they are not shipping the vehicle. Florida law requires that we collect sales tax from any person buying a car and driving it through the state of Florida.
