The Bayliner Trophy 2052 is a tight single stern drive 21' 7" package that features a full fiberglass self-bailing cockpit liner with fully instrumentated helm and a surprisingly comfortable cabin with a portable toilet. Usually seen on larger boats, the 2052 sports a 33-quart aerated bait well and twin, draining 32 quart integrated fish wells. There's plenty of rod stowage and even a molded-in knife stowage station. All her walk-on surfaces feature a workboat-like, molded-in diamond-pattern nonslip surface. With her distinctive flared bow, that will deflect spray in an offshore chop and modified-V 19-degree transom deadrise, this Trophy has the brawn to fish anywhere.
The boat has seen very little use the last six years. After sitting idle of four years the boat has gone through a mechanical refurbishment which includes the following:
Pulled the engine from the boat and replaced the exhaust manifolds, exhaust elbows, starter and valves while performing a valve job. The carburetor was overhauled and the cylinderswere polished. All fuel lines were flushed and fittings replaced where needed. The fuel filter separator was replaced and the main fuel tank was drained and iscurrentlyempty. Serviced the lower unit and greased all gears. New oil filter and oil. Motor has been test run on three different occasions, the last on May 27th.
The 25 hp Mercury outboard also had all fuel lines flushed, new lines, primer bulb and barbs where needed.Shift shaft cleaned and lubed along with cable and all linkages. Test ran motor twice.
This is a fine fishing / cruiser boat capable of handling choppy waters and equipped with a small outboard motor to get you in and out of shallow tight spots. This boat is a steal considering all the maintenance work just completed.
