1987 Bayliner Trophy 23.8 Ft Fishing Boat w/ Double Axle Trailer

As I picked up this boat at the marina the manager of the marina said He is donating this, we just put a motor in her maybe 2 years ago. The boat donor did not mention this but the motor looks clean. The donor took care of this boat and it just hasnt been used much this year as the donor is retired and not able to get out so much. The boat is clean and appears to be in good shape. We towed her about 2.5 hours without issues. The lights are not working on the trailer but otherwise it appears fine. The boat comes with 2 Vector Heavy Duty Down riggers (see pictures) and the boat has some miscellaneous items on it. The boat has an enclosure, it looks old, although it that has no holes and which seems to zip up etc without any issues.(see photos). She was also winterized for the season - no known issues when she was winterized.

TERMS OF SALE:

Buyer is responsible for transportation as well as shipping costs to deliver this vehicle/boat to its final destination.We expect the nonrefundable deposit to be made within24 hours of close of auction.The balance is to be paid within 7 days of close of auction. We accept payment by cashiers check, Pay Pal, bank to bank wire transfers and cash in person (when a Donate Your Boat representative is available to accept cash).

DELIVERY TERMS:

The Buyer is to pay for and administrate the shipping of the vehicle/boat.It is critical that you are prepared to pick up the vehicle/boat within our stated 7 day period. If vehicle/boat is not picked up or delivered within 30 days of auction end, Donate Your Boat will re-sell the above-mentioned vehicle/boat with no refund being offered to the winning bidder. Titles are held until vehicle/boat has been removed from the property. They will be either mailed to the buyer or presented in person once a vehicle/boat has been removed.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

TransactionFee: $75 for US Buyers, $150 for non US Buyers (this does not include title transfers which is buyers responsibility)

Storage:$10 per day a vehicle/boat is in storage beyond the 7 day period mentioned above paid in advance up to our 30 day pick up window.

Lift Fees: Varies depending on marina
