Bayliner Trophy

I'm selling a 1987 22ft bayliner trophy with a partial encloser. It comes with an calkin dual axle trailer. The motor on it is a 1996 mercury 225efi that does not run. I took it to a mechanic who stated the #1 and #3 cylinders had no compression. The motor therefore needs to be rebuilt or replaced. The trailer is good and handles well but has no brakes. It may need just fluid and the lines bled but I have never tried it. The trailer didn't have brakes when I bought it and I never looked at it to see if it could be fixed. I have titles for both the boat and the trailer. Please ask any questions you may have.
