What you are bidding here is a very nice highly sought after 27ft Catamaran deck boat sitting on a Nice 30ft Continental Aluminum Trailer. We have had the boat for 5 years and have loved every minute that we spent on the water with it. I am a marine/diesel mechanic and Im very picky when it comes to my own personal boat. Boat had new interior installed in 2017, includingNEW Stainless Heavy Duty Bimini Top With Boot, 2 removable Tables with mount polls for bow and stern seating areas, snap-in removable carpet, Driver Seat Backrest Flips Forwardto face out the stern and stretch out. all new cushions and backrests with marine composite star-board bottoms and backs. (no wood to rot)..

I personally installed a new(not rebuilt) RAW water cooled Mercruiser 300 hp 5.7 long block assembly. Installed All new gaskets, hoses, manifolds and risers,Exhaust Elbow Rubber Boots , y-pipe Flappers and bushings with pins, belts, mercruiser water pump,mercruiser ps pump, ACDELCO MR43T OEM spark plugs, Mercury marine wires, Mercruiser thunderbolt 5 Distributor, coil, Mercury Marine mechanical fuel pump, fresh fuel/water separator filter, Delco Marine 1 wire 125amp alternator, brass 165 thermostat, sea choice ps cooler, Flywheel with drive coupler, Stainless Steel Mirage Prop(just polished and in perfect condition), gimbal bearing replaced, Mercury marine impeller kit, prop shaft seals ,mercury marine replacement u-joints, Quick Silver outdrive mounting gasket & orings, lower unit gear oil service(every season),Fresh trim cylinder zincs,cavitation plate zinc, and the list goes on & on.. The Fuel tank is plastic so no rust or corrosion issues ever. Installed main fuel line shut-off valve at fuel tank, All 4 bildge pumps and auto-float switches , dual blowers, 2 New Marine batteries, perko battery switch, Marine SS multi wire battery leads and terminals were all replaced while engine was out, and all work as they should. New Kenwood CD player w/aux and kenwood marine speakers, 25 gal fresh water holding tank and pump to supply the sink faucet with fresh water, Fresh clean porta toilet inside lockable bathroom area that's never been used. Bathroom area is large enough to sit in and use in privacy, NEW LED engine room and driver footwell light, original courtesy lights and LED Navigation Red/green lights. Only thing the boat might need is the Bow/headlights on both sides of the bow. I do not like the way they look so I removed them and tossed them as they were the original incandescent style.

Boat is sitting on a nice Tandem Axle Aluminum Continental Trailer that is included with the sale. Has Dual hd 6 lug axles.LED Taillights and side marker lights work well, Galvanized 6 lug 15 wheels, Trailer had 4 New 10 ply tires, bearings repacked, inner grease seals replaced, and valve stems installed 6 months ago, spare tire and wheel(tire is dry but usable if needed), new winch strap, guide polls, rear straps included, composite bunk guides, not wood.Only reason I am selling the boat is because we have another boat docked in orange beach that we fish offshore with and takes most of our time. This boat is a fresh water boat that has never been in salt water and was used in Lake Altoona and Lake Lanier Its whole life . Boat has never been wet slipped or had the need for ugly bottom paint.Hull is in Awesome shape with no blistering or cracks in the gel coat. HULL AND FLOOR IS ALL FIBERGLASS WITH VERY LITTLE WOOD fiberglassed in around the bildge /fuel tank area. Transom and Stringers are very solid with zero issues what so ever. Boats hull has NEVER been damaged, sunkin or repaired. The Alpha 1 Gen 2 Outdrive does have a little bit of surface pitting but does not affect the performance or integrity of the Drive. SKEG is complete and damage free. We've used the boat 8 times over the past 3 summers on lake Allatoona. Engine and All new parts have maybe 25. Hrs of run time since installed. This Boat accelerates effortlessly and smooth has no problem getting on plane and has more than enough power to pull double tubes if desired. If your looking for a water ready boat that can pull tubes or go fishing with plenty of room then this is it. I looked for this specific model boat for years before I found this one. These Boats have the stability, space and seating of a pontoon but handle like a larger ski boat with plenty of power! Boat and Trailer weigh around 8k pounds. This is a large boat and needs to be pulled with atleast a full size pickup.

This is a used 1996 model boat and is in Turn Key Awesome shape. I Will show the boat to serious buyers only. Boat is currently winterized and I will de-winterize for winning bidder (if desired) at no charge. Boat and trailer are both Sold with a Bill of Sale and Vessel Registration Card.
