Bayliner Jazz

Ok I have a Bayliner Jazz jet boat for auction. This has the 90hp Sport Jet motor in it. Basically I bought this in July to have some fun on the river with the kids. It started right up when I bought it of course! We took it down to the local boat ramp and I got it started....took off and started to get up on plane and then it died. Cranks but no spark...I went through as much diagnostics as I could trying to get it started at the house...it ran yesterday in the garage for 2 seconds then died....no spark again! So I did do a compression test and got 130-140 psi on all 3 cylinders. Motor turns over fast enough to create spark...battery looks almost new. Engine has the red stator on it....I think it is either the trigger,stator,cdi box or rectifier. I'm just not sure enough to start spending lots of money on guesses. So basically I know it has compression,good battery,and the jet drive seems to work(till the motor quit) and it doesn't leak. Seats need redone. ...previous owner did a bad job. I would remove the decals also...not my style. Boat has a clear title....trailer has no title. I was just gonna do home made if I kept it. Boat comes with cushions and fire extinguisher. The rear hatch is coming loose on the passenger side...needs to be re-screwed. Storage locker in the front...I forgot to get pics. The wiring is loose on the engine from me trouble shooting it. Would be a fun little boat for someone that can work on these things....I'm just way out of my league with these electronics. Would also be great if you just need parts! You even get a trailer to take your parts home. From looking on classifieds board I could probably pull just a few parts off it and get pretty good money. This is local pick up Cash on pickup . Thanks
