Just a note about the interior pictures and the helm pictures. They were taken in the dark with a flash, the lens had some spots on it. The inside is clean. The helm and lounge next to the helm are covered, pics taken under cover. This has been dry docked for months so the outside can use a good cleaning. My motorhome is next to the Yacht and the height on the trailer as you can see is as high as the motorhome.

I purchased and picked this Yacht up about 10 months ago from an owner who literally went through the entire boat with tender loving care and revamped her. I can put you in contact with the person who revamped the Yacht, she is the expert on this vessel.
I literally bought this Yacht, towed it to storage and have not had a chance to take her out one time due to heath issues. I installed a solar panel to keep the batteries charged while it is in storage. It is a quick disconnect setup for when you want to take her out.
I do not want to sell this Yacht but realistically it is just sitting covered in storage in excellent condition and I might as well lt her go to someone who will use her. Take her out on the ocean to Catalina, up and down the coast, or even South through the Panama Canal to the gulf. It is up to you. My dream was to cruise up north to San Francisco and steam under the Golden Gate and all over the bay. Anyway.........
This boat with be great in a berth in any marina or you can store it on the trailer.
I may negotiate a bit on the price, but I am pretty firm. No way you will find anything like this Yacht for this price in this condition.
This description below is from the person I bought the Yacht from.
