We have had this boat for only a few years and have found out that our lifestyle is not suited for the boating world. Between a seasonal business and a growing family, we only got to use it 3-5 times a season. Its in great shape though and since we've had it, its been maintained with an open check book. The maintenance records can be provided.We came from a 22' and what a difference this was on Lake St Clair!!! Such a great boat for our lake!This boat comes with a 2006 Eagle Trailer that shown in pictures.It has the Mercruiser 7.4 with the Bravo 3 outdrive. Has around 610 hours on it. It has a new windlass anchor, TV, microwave, refrigerator, cook top, all stickers removed which make it look sleeker, no rips or tears in seats, new canvas windows, transom shower, 1 season old on the bottom paint, new trim tab pump and new shift cables around 100 hours ago, new water pump, new bilge pump, a complete tune up around 50 hours ago, a 4' after market swim deck (this makes the boat for us) and much more. This boat is truly ready to go!It does not have AC but does have heat, the water system works as well as the toilet, its had a oil change and yearly service done every fall and what's cool about this boat is that it was set up for salt water. The engine has a rare find... coolant (closed system) and its even got a macerator pump for the bathroom which allows you to discharge sewage into the lake and never need to have it pumped out (which is illegal on Lake St Clair).The boat with the swim deck measures roughly 33+'.Trailer Included.
