Bayliner 5.0 Freshwater Cooled

2001 Bayliner 2455 cierra. 5.0 mercruiser 2bbl, 220 hp alpha 1 gen 2 outdrive with new water pump and resealed by jr marine, gimbal bearing and bellows replaced in 2016. Hustler 4 blade prop, cruises at 3000 rpm approx 10 gph, 20 kts top speed loaded 4400 rpm, 35 kts. Installed Raymarine Axiom MFD display, no sounder installed, but can be added. Factory depth sounder and display . 60 gallons gas tank, 40 gallons fresh water with 5 gallon hot water tank, house battery and main battery with switch. Inverter wiring pre installed for 2500 watt inverter (not included) Marine air 5000 btu air conditioner, installed 2 years ago. Microwave, fridge, alcohol/ electric stove, sink, full head and shower, v birth and aft bunk. sleeps 2 adults and 2 children easily. Comes with bimini top, and enclosure as seen in pics. Bennet automatic Electric trim tabs installed last season. Boat is still shrink wrapped and winterized. Serious Buyers only, Comes with tandem axle trailer , new surge disk brake kit installed on front axle last season, trailer lights and wiring need to be repaired and 2nd axle bearings are original. I purchased this boat in Mesa Arizona , where it was used on fresh water lakes. Before that it was used in Oregon and B. C. area. Engine came factory with orca fresh water cooling, engine manifolds are raw water cooled. manifolds and risers replaced last season. Non refundable deposit of 500 . This deposit covers cost of re shrink wrapping/ detailing and winterizing for showing boat if not taking possession. I do not intend on using it this year and plan on keeping it clean and secure from weather. The boat is able to be viewed without removing wrap, And i can run the engine at that time for no cost. I will upon purchase have the boat cleaned and made ready , minus personal safety equipment, and new coat of anti foul pant applied, as i would have to do this anyway to use . Keep in mind that due to Covid, all persons are to wear masks and there may be a delay in cleaning/ prepping service due to businesses still being closed at this time.
