Central air and heat, fly bridge cockpit in good condition. Chrysler Twin 130 HP Diesel engines (non-operational, turned over when purchased approx 6 years ago). Currently owned and used by owner for six years as a recreational condo on the water. Never taken out of slip. Boat bottom cleaned monthly, and zincs replaced as needed.
