Bayliner Motor Yacht Model 3870 Explorer. Two cabins with separate bathrooms which includes one interior shower and also has one exterior shower. Central air and heat, fly bridge cockpit in good condition. Chrysler Twin 130 HP Diesel engines (non-operational, turned over when purchased approx 6 years ago). Currently owned and used by owner for six years as a recreational condo on the water. Never taken out of slip. Boat bottom cleaned monthly, and zincs replaced as needed.
