If you are looking for a perfect floating condo, this boat is for you. This boat has three state rooms, twin air conditioners, generator, covered sun deck, and much more. I am selling the boat because I just dont have the time to use it. I live near Solomons Island off the Chesapeake Bay, our water is considered brackish water (its not full ocean water, but its not 100% fresh). The previous owner had this boat in Washington DC which is pretty much fresh water. I have owned the boat for 3 years, and it's been a great boat. I have not taken this boat over 11 knots since I owned it. I have barely put any hours on this boat, 2 to 3 trips a year within a couple hours cruising area. I have not started the boat up this season, it is still winterized. This boat came in 2 models, this model does not have a steering station downstairs, which is nice since that station never gets used, and it allows more room in the cabin. I want to be totally honest with everything I have done to this boat and things I know need to be fixed. This is not to say I missed something this is just things I can think of.
I have done to this boat since I have owned it:
1.Replaced the house batteries (2017).
2.Replaced the rear air conditioning system (2017).
3.Replaced waste line hoses for aft master bathroom (2018).
4.New Bimini Top (2017).
5.Had propellers reconditioned (2017).
6.The bilge vent cover on the starboard side is not the production vent cover. When I bought the boat this cover was missing. This cover is not available so I had to custom make one. I made a new cover from composite material/fiberglass.
7.The previous owner must of not tied boat up correctly and corner of swim platform rubbed against a floating dock and wore down to fiberglass. I repaired area with epoxy resin and re-painted swim platform.
8.The previous owner didnt use the boat much so the fuel in the tanks went bad, I had fuel issues where the carbs kept getting clogged. This Spring I had Clean Fuels come out and remove both fuel transducers and clean/pump out all fuel in the fuel tanks. Upon completion they had a camera and they showed me both tanks totally cleaned out. I also had 2 brand new Wema fuel transducers installed (google search wema sending units and you will find these are top of the line). I have had a really busy summer working, I knew I would not have time to use the boat so both fuel tanks are completely empty still and engines are still winterized.
Items I believe need to be fixed are:
1.The electric stove does not work, it didnt work when I bought the boat, I have always used a Colman propane camp stove (it fits right on top of stove).
2.The bottom ladder step going down to the swim platform broke off. The stainless bar is in place which works fine but should be fixed.
3.Flow scan system not working. The flow scan system did not work when I bought the boat, I tried to get it to work with no success. The issue is it only shows RPMs and hours from one engine (port engine). I have a second tachometer wired for the starboard engine but its not mounted in the dashboard. I didnt want to drill another hole in the dash, I was going to remove the flow scan unit and buy one tach the same hole size that gives both engines RPMs. I only know hours from Port engine but I assume starboard engine has approximately same hours.
4.The lock on the cabin door does not work, it never worked when I got the boat, for winter storage I would just use a cable/lock to lock cabin.
5.Windlass needs a missing part. The windlass operates up and down but it is missing two pieces on top.
6.The cabin on this boat has what is called puck lights, they are a bunch of 3 lights with plastic covers. Several of the plastic covers are missing and need to be ordered. I have the info on where to get replacement covers.
7.The sofa in he main salon has a stain on it, it has been stained since I bought the boat. Its fine, completely usable I just wanted to point it out. I have kept a blanket over the stain.

This boat is not in mint/cherry condition (as you can see from the items I described above) but every boat needs minor items fixed, but I believe for a boat of its age its in good condition. I took into account the items that need to be fixed in my price, you will not find another 3587 for this price (do a search for others for sale). The two seat on the fly bridge are not in the picture. They are stored in doors and are in very good condition. Please note, personal items, such as bed linens, pillows, deck furniture, etc, do not convey.
This boat is being sold in "as is", "where is" condition. The boat has a current Maryland registration. It is no USCG documented. Please contact Kevin phone with any questions. Cross posted locally.
Popy yachts/yacht brokers, please do not call me I do not need help selling this boat.
