Bayliner 2850 Contessa

Due to a non-payer, this boat is back up for sale their loss, your gain!

This vessel is a 1985, Bayliner, 2850 Contessa cabin cruiser that is currently located in Racine, Wisconsin. It is powered by a single Volvo Penta 260-hp sterndrive. This boat recently ran aground in Lake Michigan resulting in damage to the hull bottom, sterndrive and propeller. (See photos.) It took on some water as result but none got into the engine. Given the extent of damage the insurance company declared it a constructive total loss (CTL) and it is now being sold "as is, where is" to the highest bidder. This vessel can be repaired with the right buyer and resources. All current recovery and storage charges are paid up. The boat comes free and clear of all encumbrances through the end of the auction. If needed, future storage and or loading is available at additional cost. Payment can be cash, check (boat title will be held until check clears), cashiers check or money order. No trailer.
