THIS IS A NO RESERVE "MECHANIC'S SPECIAL" AUCTION BEING SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER

This 1994 Bayliner 3055 Cierra comes to us as a"MECHANIC'S SPECIAL", & is in need of some major cosmetic & mechanical upgrades & service. The really good news is that we have strong engines with good compression (See Video). Because this 3055 has been sitting for quite sometime she is going to need a full overhaul. The fuel tank and fuel system will need to be polished, flushed, and all new filters replaced. Most likely a carburetor service on the throttle body injection system as well. Both engines will need full tune ups with new plugs wires and oil & filter changed, with new water pumps, belts and gear oil. Because she sat for a few years with no run time she's also gonna most likely need new throttle cables. Those get stiff from lack of use. Inside the 3055 will also need all new floors (Carpet or Wood), All new cushion replacement is recommended, & the cockpit exterior as well. Please view the pictures and call Micky at phone or Kyle J. BAYLINER'S STATEMENT on the 3055 (Boats.com)

Bayliner's philosophy in designing an extra-wide 31-foot-6-inch cruiser was for it to be a stepping stone between the Ciera line of family cruisers and its Avanti line of larger sport cruisers that starts at 35 feet. Interestingly, Bayliner made the 3055 Ciera attractive not only to those desirous of stepping up to a larger boat, but also to those wishing to step down. For instance, if an Avanti owner feels his cruiser has become too much boat, he can step down in length to the 3055 Ciera, yet the roominess of its 11' wide-body design doesn't leave him feeling deprived.

And true to its mission, the boat does have a voluminous air to it when compared with many boats this length. Even the cabin entry is quite accommodating with its 2-foot width and large retractable top. Within the cabin you have 9-feet-5-inches of usable width (not counting side cabinets and shelves), which permits passengers to maneuver past each other without becoming unduly familiar in the process. The extra width allows the 6-foot-8-inch berth to run diagonally across the cabin rather than down the boat's center line. This permits the starboard C-lounge and dinette to run farther forward for added seating. The lounge also converts to a berth if you need added sleeping quarters. Across from it is a fully-equipped galley and an enclosed head and shower unit that offers 6 feet 2 inches of headroom and enough width (3'6") to accommodate ... Twinkie lovers. Overall length of the main cabin, from forepeak to mid-berth, is 14 feet 4 inches with a maximum headroom of 6 feet 6 inches.
