Baja Bandit

This listing is for an Awesome Head Turning, Fast and Fun Baja Bandit Boat. This is the good year before they changed the Deadrise and moved the drive down so it has a little more speed coming out of it. This is sold AS IS and used, with no warranty, it does show signs of wear with scuffs, a few chips, and some bumps and bruises, but is still in good shape considering it is pretty much 30 years old. A good cleaning and detailing will go a long way. The boat is in perfect working order, with the engine and drive perfectly functioning, the boat does not leak or take on any water anywhere. It has functioning trim tabs, drive trim, and all gauges, electronics and newly installed radio and speakers function, with the exception of the speedometer that seems to work whenever it wants, but I will leave the Lowrance GPS Chart Fish Finder with transducer in there, the CB radio in the picture I will be taking out and does not come with the boat, the horn also seems to work sometimes and sometimes it doesnt. The bilge pump and all other lights work. There is also an Excellent made Drive Shower that was installed to keep the outdrive oil cool while running. This is a fast and mean sounding boat that moves and turns heads even on the highway. It also has a very good to large size cabin, but it is shallow with not much head room. The Monster Big Block 502 Magnum is the size of a small car and very reliable, impressive, and wow does it sound nice even at idle forget about ripping down the water. The previous owner said he had it at 81 on the GPS and I have had this thing at 73 for about 5 or 6 seconds with plenty of trim in the drive and trim tabs before I pulled back, because it gets a little crazy at that type of speed unless the water is like glass, or you are crazy. It will Cruise at 55-60 no problem all day. It has 2 two year old Optima Deep Cell Batteries that are still perfect with a battery switch. Engine hatch that lifts to reveal the beautiful power plant. Comes with a galvanized trailer that I had powder coated to match a few years ago, I have the title in hand for both the trailer and boat. Boat was always used in freshwater lakes, with a handful of times on the Hudson River in the NYC NJ area but always flushed and rinsed after. It has been used every year that I have had it, with the exception of this year because all of the craziness going on I have not had it out yet, but I did open and dewinterize it last week and everything is OK.
