RELIST DUE TO NON PAYING BIDDERBaja 1999 H2X 25' with trailerThis is a boat I bought at an impound auction in June and I started working on it but plans have changed and I need to sell it. I do have a clear title for the boat and trailer is just a registration here in Fla.Engine is 454 7.4L Big Block Chevy fuel injected with a Bravo One outdrive. Outdrive has a newer looking ujoints and I contacted the old owner and he claimed it was a rebuilt outdrive with no time on it and it does look like it. I dont have the prop....No Prop!Boat was sitting covered up for about 4-5 years before I got it. Gelcoat is nice and paint is not bad...good wax job and it will look great. The first few pics ( with dirty inside ) are from the day I bought it. Since then I have installed 2 brand new Dexter torsion axles that were $750 for the pair and 4 new wheels/tires on the trailer that were $450...axles and tires have zero miles on them . Since taking the first few pics I have removed the engine hatch cover as the upholstery was torn ( see pics ) and I was going to get it redone. I started the engine at the impound lot before I bought it and it started up and ran good, no smoke or knocks. I didnt let it run long as I didnt have it hooked up to water yet. The next weekend I got it home put a flush hose on it and found out that the exhaust manifolds were leaking water badly and the dipstick was broken inside the oil pan so I pulled the engine to start a freshen up of what was there or maybe build a higher horsepower motor depending how it went and what bad stuff I found along the way. The Stainless Marine High Performance exhaust manifolds were definately rotted out and no good. One of them on the starboard side I had to destroy to get it off the head . I still have them and they are included but exhaust manifolds are no good. Stainless Marine in Miami sells them for $900 each but I was considering just going back to stock Mercruiser which is alot less at about $600 for the pair if I didnt soup the engine up. As I started working on the boat I found this project snowballing and needing more than what I was hoping for . I never thought I would be pulling the engine and now that I am that deep Im loosing interest fast. As far as the engine that was in it I planned on dissasembling and taking the engine down to the shortblock and was going to regasket it, put a bigger cam in it and have the heads redone but that did not happen yet. At minimum this engine should have the heads redone and regasket the shortblock so if you buy this boat plan on doing the same. Engine is still all together and sitting on a pallet as can be seen in the pics. I really dont have the time to complete this project and summer is now over so its up for sale.New parts I have that go with it....a brand new boat cover still in the box never used that goes with it, a new bilge blower fan kit and ducting, new engine oil dipstick with tube...all this was about $300Interior of the boat isnt that bad but needs redone...both front seats are ripped but are still very usable. The engine hatch material is torn and needs to be recovered..was quoted $400-800 at a few different shops. There are a few other minor interior fixes that need to be done like the grab handles replaced and a few misc trim items. This is a project boat so expect to have things to repair and fix along the way. Its not really that bad and a great boat if someone had some time to tinker with it.Please remember this is a project boat and is not running at this time.Batteries in pictures are not included.Florida title is clear and has no leins or issues. I do have ignition key too.Boat is able to be seen in Clearwater Fla 33765 by appt. Just call me phone. Please call back if I dont answer.
