needs some cosmetics bimini up top, missing the hatch at top of stairs to flybridge. The teak in kitchen can use refurbish or replace and carpet is salon is ok but could use replace.No shore power cords, hull is good bottom was done in last 8 mos, only 420 hours one engine complete rebuild recently, originally came from up north so little use. Prices well below market for next owner to update and put their own finishing touches on. This is an as is price the buyer may inspect at their expense. Upholstry in cockpit and up top just replaced white.
