Avalon Catalina Entertainer 2585 150HP Mercury With Venture Trailer

2016 Avalon Catalina 2585 Entertainer Tritoon. Mercury 150hp outboard engine with approximately 200 hours. Navigation, bimini top, leather interior with table and 4 stools. This boat also has a tow bar for towing tubes. I am the second owner of this boat. All service has been done on the engine including regular oil changes. Includes covers for all of the seats. Venture trailer included. The boat has LED accent lighting for the interior and exterior. I am selling because I am upgrading to a bigger boat. Title in hand. Currently the boat has been winterized and is shrink wrapped for the winter. Just needs to be bottom painted in the Spring and then it is ready to go. There is brown staining on the floor (see pictures) that is a result of the sun and floor adhesive. I've tried various methods of removing the brown staining with no luck
