36 Foot Tritoon, Party Boat, Houseboat Pontoon

I have for sale a A&M manufacturing custom made party/houseboat. Comes with 2 2013 Suzuki 140 four strokes around 50 hours. Triple axle trailer with brand new tires. This boat has slide outs like a camper. 8.5 feet wide when they are in just over 14 out. Around 13 feet high when the top is broken down over 20 when its up. The boat was built for legal travel down the highway. The hull is in perfect shape no dings or scratches. This boat has a working AC, two sinks, shower, toilet, 2 couches and a table. Has very good lighting for nighttime use. Stereo system on top and bottom deck. Freshwater holding tank with a rv style dump. Has an elevator to the top deck or stairs. This boat steers from the top deck the console goes down for transportation. Has vinyl plank flooring waterproof inside the cab. I'm guessing the cab is around 24 feet inside. Overall this is a nice boat it could use some tlc it has sat most its life. what needs attention is the slide outs work they are usable. but they do not properly seal and some of the plexiglass has some cracking along the edge due to this, there are adjustments for the slide outs i have never messed with them. .There is no water damage and the boat is pretty much waterproof. is a awesome party boat and would ideally be put on a slip. This rig is heavy and you will need a 3/4 ton truck to pull it. The boat has sat most its life needs a little tlc, but very usable. There is no reserve and if you have a fifth wheel or a smaller tritoon i may trade. I am selling this boat because i can not find a slip for it and i have two young kids and want something easier. the setup time on top deck takes about 15 minutes to put up console, the railings, and bimini top.
