1964 Santa Barbara Trawler

Im am Very sad to be selling my home for the past 3 years. I bought this trawler in Ocean Side California, and sailed her up to Marina Del rey where she Lays now. She sailed up no problem before i done any work on her.I have put in about $20,000 into her. It is a perfect live-aboard, with lots of storage and space.She is a 1964 solid Teak boat, She was just Hauled in August Last year with the whole boat re-painted. Good for another 5 years. The engine is a Cummins Diesel 350. which is easy on fuel.All the electrics were Re-done in the engine, fires up every time and has never let me down.Ver spacious V berth with 2 full size single beds.1 Aft Double bed cabin with walk around bed. (en suite)2 heads, one front one rear.1 shower2 ring cooker/ toaster oven.2- "2 way" fridges"Upper fly bridge.2 tenders, both 7ft, one hard bottom, one in-flatable, with 4hp 4stroke honda, needs service.sea kayak with carbon fibre oar.Lots of spare parts and tools.lots of extras going with the boatIm looking to sell her fast as a business opportunity has cropped up and i have to leave.Honestly she is a very solid boat, with a few things that need fixed here and there.
