NO RESERVE AUCTION!!! We have a beautiful boat for sale! It is a 29' cabin cruiser, sleeps six, has kitchen (galley), bathroom (head) with shower, Bimini top, single rebuilt engine (Mercruiser, 301-350HP) and new outdrive (Bravo II) 3-4 years ago, very little use since then. I installed a 4kw Kohler used generator late 2017. Also plugs into shore power. Has a/c. This boat can even be your home! We have a very nice dual axle aluminum trailer with rebuilt brakes included. They tell me the trailer alone is worth $5,000. My boat mechanic believes the boat is worth $29k retail at peak season, with repairs. The macerator pump (i.e. toilet pump) leaks, the microwave does not work, the a/c float drain valve needs replacing, the a/c needs charging, and the steering cable hangs a little. The steering works and does not have to be fixed to enjoy the boat, but needs repair if you want really smooth steering. Minor repairs to seats would be good, but not required. I bought it from my friend in the summer of 2017 who had received it from his Uncle's estate. His uncle loved the boat and took great care of it. He is the one who did the engine and outdrive work. Earlier in 2017 (while my friend still owned it) the boat incurred minor hull and rub rail damage in a lake storm when it rubbed up against the dock. My friend did not want to fix the boat so sold it to me for a great price. I had the boat fixed, and it is lake/ocean ready. We just do not use the boat enough to warrant keeping it - too busy with work and kid's basketball and robotics tournaments. We are not boat people and are too busy to enjoy the boat enough to become boat people. We are not emotionally attached to it, which accounts for the very low reserve price. The boat is paid for. Added pic of engine hours. It reads 0516.6. I assume this is the total hours on the boat, not the rebuilt engine.The full dimensions of the boat on the trailer is 10'6" wide by 37'0" long. The width includes the metal and PVC trailer "bumpers" at the rear of the trailer. These can be removed easily, which makes the gross width 9'0", the width of the boat. The boat itself is about 9'0" x 34'0". The trailer by itself is 8'0" x 33'6", not including the bumpers.
