Up for auction I have a 1989 Sea Ray 30 Sedan Bridge .These are one of the most spacious 30ft vessels you will find in this size range . The Sea Ray Sedan / Command bridge boats are very popular due to there great construction and durability . "Might as Well " has been dry stored for the last few years , we launched her toward the end of the summer as our marina told us that if we did not launch we would be blocked in for the winter and knowing we wanted to sell we decided to move . Below the waterline there are no blisters , the wheels / propellers , rudders and shafts are all in good condition , above the waterline she shows very well with no visible signs of damage , the hull is in great overall condition , the rear cockpit is solid underfoot as is the entire deck . When you enter through the sliding door you will find a large head / bathroom to port , there is a shower and electric flush toilet . forward is a very comfortable dinette table and wrap around seating , the table can be lowered to create more sleeping space . To starboard is a long counter that runs the length of the salon , when you lift the counter you will find a stove top and twin sinks with hot and cold pressurized water , there is refrigerator as you enter through the sliding door . As you head forward you will find two cabins , there is a large forward cabin with double bed as pictured and then a smaller cabin to Port , the cabin to Port has been used for storage at the moment , there is a small sink in the Port cabin as pictured . There are two A/C units on board , an upper and lower unit , one runs the salon area and the other runs the cabins , currently we have winterized all the water systems on the boat . There is a full bimini enclosure on the boat included in the sale , the engines are twin fresh water cooled Mercruiser / Chevrolet 454's ."Might as Well" has been priced aggressively ,we are aware that we are in the fall season , we priced these Sedan Bridge's on the Yachtworld website and have found them to start at $24,000 for the cheapest and heading upward from there , as you can see we are way below that price as I would rather have her sold than carry the cost of winter storage . That said she can remain where she is for winter at your expense , winter storage runs at $250 per month , we can arrange dry storage if required as well . The only issues I am aware of currently that need attention , the horn is very soft when it blasts , I have included a new horn and the Port side fuel gauge works and then it does not , I am thinking a loose wire but I have not really looked at it carefully , overall the boat runs great , I last ran it a week ago for a few miles . There is a fishfinder and GPS included in the sale along with a folder full of receipts for work done and the Sea Ray owners manual . Please feel free to e-mail with any questions .Thanks
