This would make a great big-water fishing boat with the fold away aft seat, or a great, reliable family cruiser. A thorough bath and a little polish is all she needs to look her very best!

This boat is in good condition, and needs nothing to enjoy today! This has always been a Great Lakes freshwater boat. The engine is in good running condition, showing good oil pressure, with 1007 original hours, and can be driven anywhere. The shifter is a newer, upgraded model coupled with a new shift cable. She goes in and out of gear effortlessly!

Structurally, she is good condition, with no signs of damage or abuse. There are no major scratches, nor are there any repairs. The decks are solid, and the bottom has anti-fouling paint.

The soft goods are in good condition. The cabin upholstery and carpet are in good shape. There are sleeping accommodations for 4 adults, 2 in the V-berth and 2 on convertible dinette.

The galley is nice, with AC/DC refrigerator and 2 burner electric/alcohol range and sink.

The head has a marine toilet with pump-out.

The cockpit upholstery is newer as well and in good condition, with very minimal wear.

The Bimini Tops and cockpit cover are in good condition and have several years left of service.

Mechanically, the engine runs great. It has been professionally maintained and has been recently tuned, with newer boots, shift cable, impeller and shifter. She starts, runs and shifts properly.

Final amount due no later than 10 days after auction closes. Wire transfer or cash for final payment. Vessel is free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. Vessel sold as is-where is, no warranty. All Michigan buyers must pay 6% Michigan Sales tax and all registration and transfer fees unless registered as Michigan watercraft dealer. All buyers must abide by the laws of the State of Michigan in regards to sales and use taxes.
