Sea Ray 260 Express Cruiser

Hello,Just got this one in and it needs some repairs but runs fantastic.Over the winter during a storm it broke loose from it's mooring lines.Never left the slip but the very front of the keel chewed on the dock for a month.I dewinterized it and never even had to charge the batteries and both engines fired right up and sounded great.After running for an hour drove it across the lake of the Ozarks with no problems. Mechanically I don't think it needs anything.Props look like new and the is an extra one inside.Gets right up on plane and sounds strong.Hull needs the repair to the keel where damaged as shown in the pictures.Has a few minor chips in the gel coat and could use some buffing.Still has an ok shine on it for the year.The custom wake tower is aluminum and should be stripped and polished in my opinion.Has a newer refrigerator and cd player inside.Looks like it has radar,fish finder,windlass anchorand auto pilot.Was told the rear seating was removed because it was used for fishing.There is one hour meter that says 424 hours.Things that I see that need to be repaired.Fiberglass work on the keel,missing the swim ladder,top of the entry door into the cabin is broken and most gauges work but they are ugly and mis matched.Looks like it's set up with A/C but I have yet to find the unit.Only things that were tested was the running function of the boat.It does look like it has been maintained well though.Very solid boat that you can use as it is and do the repairs and personal touches whenever you want. $300 deposit due at auctions end balance within a week.Pickup within a month.
