This boat is not new and it does have wear and tear on the boat. It has normal sun fading that could be buffed out it doesnt have a hour meter gauge. We are listing this for my father who is the original owner who is 82 which used it 6-7 times a year when the grandkids came up all gauges work it runs and and shifts smoothly. The boat doesnt have a cover but snaps are there for one The floor is solid and the Hull is solid and clean
