Estate sale of 14 foot fiberglass boat and trailer provides an inexpensive entry point for boat ownership.. A new deck installed in the last year with two layers of half inch thick pressure treated plywood and covered with new outdoor carpet. Trailer was sanded and painted in the last six months. Wheels and tires are less than 3 months old. 65 horsepower Evinrude motor turns over but does not run. It apparently needs an electrical part on the back of the motor and possibly other attention.
