Boat has always been periodically serviced & maintained with an open check book. I have all service records. Recently spent about $7,000 to service several things including generator, had the engine outdrives redone, spark plugs, oil changes, & no major work has ever been done. Super clean low hour boat. About 170 hours!Perfect cruise boat. She sleeps 6 people comfortably (2 in front, 2 in middle, 2 in rear.) Boat has 5 kw generator with remote control, has a/c (gets cold fast in there!), shore power connection for dock & marina, walk in head (bathroom & shower), tv, audio sound system, dinner table, stove, microwave oven, lots of storage compartments, fridge inside cabin & outside.Other options: trim tabs, freshwater wash down system, multiple bench seating inside & outside, rear deck boat cover. Boat is $25K under book value!

Would you send us pdf copies of your Service records ?
Would you send photographs of the engine and generator hour meters ?
Is the boat in the water year round or is it pulled and stored ?
If stored, inside or outside ?
Has there ever been a Survey completed ?
Has the bottom ever been repainted ?
We could see canvas and isinglass for the top and the front of the upper deck.
Is there covering for the upper deck aft of the arch, canvass or isinglass ?
