There are no serious defects. There is one minor scratch in the upper top of the hull below the anchor pulpit. The interior seating fabric has water stains but they are clean as well as the interior carpet. The batteries should be replaced.

The 1984 foot Thompson Cabin Cruiser has a mid-berth and V-berth in the bow area. The boat has a 260 hp. V8 Mercruiser, Bennett Trim Tabs, alcohol stove, A/C-D/C frigerator, 30 gallon fresh water tank, portapot, shower, depth finder, vhf radio, anchor pulpit, radio/cassette player, new swim platform with new ladder, new pin striping, new power stearing unit, new hemp rope rub railing around the complete circumference of the boat and Shoreline Trailer. If a seller wanted to they could install a five gallon water heater; there is a space available next to the shower-kitchen sink area for that purpose but no other owner has done so. These heaters are available in the West Marine Catalog.

The boat is located in De Tour Village which is in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Iam the third owner of this boat.
