1995 TRACKER PARTY HUT 30 PONTOON/HOUSEBOAT BOAT. This pontoon is 30 long with rear section completely enclosed with sliding clear plastic side windows, canvas rear and Lexan front windows. It has large 26 pontoons, 115 HP 1995 Mariner outboard and 9.9 HP trolling motor (older motor - but runs great). Includes built-in ladder to access roof. New roofing material recently installed. Canvas to enclose entire front section also included as well as cockpit cover and slide-out boarding ladder. Can sleep 6 to 8 people and transports 14 people. Has enclosed head with portapotti. Everything worksincluding dual docking lights and stereo. Runs good with no tears in upholstery. It has some normal wear and tare for a boat this age.
