Sun Tracker Party Hut 30

This awesome 30 foot party hut is solid and has new walls and upper deck. This is the first thing that goes on these boats so you won't need to worry about that. The railing on the deck has been modified to allow the water to drain instead of accumulating which is why the original deck and walls rot out. Motor is a 75 HP Force outboard that runs like a top. There are 2 batteries - engine and house - with a battery isolator so that the accessories will never drain the engine battery but they both charge automatically with the engine running. Originally came with a counter that had a small sink and kerosene burner. No one every uses those so I replaced it with a nice cabinet to store your stuff. There is a small bathroom that has a portable toilet. It comes with a trailer that needs a little work but is roadworthy. It has been in Florida for the last 3 years but spent most of it's time in Georgia. It has only been in salt water a total of about 60 days and cleaned thoroughly every time. Max capacity on this boat is 14 persons. Put a bunch of your friends on this boat and you will have a blast!
