This boat is a high end Regal Commodore 272. This boat needs some love. Price new $61,931. NADA book value $17,415 in good condition. This boat needs some work to get it back there. So here we go. Feel free to send me an offer to set a buy it now price.
Reagl boats are high dollar, higg boats with tons of luxurious features including twin VOLVO 4.3GS engines paired with DuoProp outdrives. That's 2 counter rotating props per outdrive. This previous owner stated that the shift cable is stretched out and he did not get the boat from drive into neutral soon enough and he hit a seawall at idle speed causing fiberglass damage to the bow pulpit and bow rail. Then some waves slid the boat up and down against the wall tearing a section of rubrail off. The boat will need a good buffing all over from some mild oxidation. There are a few small nicks here and there in the gelcoat. I took a bunch of pictures, please spend some time looking over them and ask me any question you have. One of the engines was not winterized properly and has 2 freeze plugs popped out. This engine is out of the boat right now and is being looked over for a crack in the block and freeze plug replacement. For the sake of this auction, consider the block to be cracked. It does run really nice, but due tot the freeze plugs being popped up may have a crack. Both outdrives are in good shape. INTERIOR: The previous owner started some sort of work on the interior. NOT ALL INTERIOR CUSHIONS ARE PICTURED, BUT THEY ARE INCLUDED. Except the cushions for the rear sleeping area. They are gone. The backrests on the interior dining/sleeping area are not pictured, but I do have them. All interior cushions need to be re-upholstered. They are currently stripped of the covers and will need new ones made. No seat covers are available for interior cushions. The previous owner had started replacing the carpet in the cabin. He did not finish and there is no extra carpet included. You will need to get some carpet to finish. The lowest floor is a non-slip floor and does not need carpet but it looks like he had one there at some point. The old adhesive will need to be cleaned off. Take a look at the pictures, the interior will need a lot of finishing work. I believe the cabin wall were all covered in vinyl or headliner material. Some of the walls have been stripped to the wood and painted white. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!! I may miss some info in my description. In order for this transaction to go smooth and for you or I to not be disappointed, please look at the pictures and as me any questions. This boat has 2-30A shore power connections and an electrical panel in the cabin. One of the ground cables between the two engines will need to have an end installed on it. The good:
Onboard battery charger
Automatic fire extinguisher in engine room
6 gallon hot water heater (not pictured)
Dual batteries with on/off switch/selector
