Description: 

This is a fully restored 1956 Yellow Jacket Catalina with a 1959 Mercury Mark 58 Super Thunderbolt 4 cylinder 45 HP engine. This engine was professionally restored with over 80 hours spent in the restoration. The controls and gas tank also restored. Boat has been strippedand 14 coats of marine varnish applied. Bottom also sanded and painted. Hardware is original with windshield brackets rechromed and new laminated glass.

This boat was built in Dennison TX and the Yellow Jacket company was partly owned by Roy Rodgers. These boats were famous in racing circles and were usually the fastest boats on the lake.This is a fun boat and a unique part of history. Great or show or play.

This is a fast boat that will surprise many other boats on the lake, both outboard and inboard. It is excellent for cursing and skiing behind.

The trailer is restored with new tires and is a Husky which was also built in Dennison TX in 1956.
