Thompson Boat Company Sea Coaster

This classic wooden boat is in very good condition. Fresh coats of paint(3) on lapstrake,2 coats of marine varnish on brightwork, bottom painted with marine copper bronze. The engine has ew spark plugs installed and oil changed. The engine was started in the Spring of 2014 and ran smoothly. New battery installed in 2014 and boat trailer which although it was heavily rusted, had new springs and tires installed. Trailer was sanded and given two coats of rustoleum paint. The forward deck could not be stained due to sun damage effecting the mahagony veneer and made presentable by applying three coats of marine light brown paint. Overall the boat is very attractive, both inside and out. In the Fall of 2014 the motor would not turn over, an electrical problem is likely the cause.
