owned by three time Daytona 200 race winner Dick Klamfoth. needs restoration, sustained heat and smoke damage when the building it was stored in caught fire.

Description:

This boat was origionaly purchased by Glen Jordan a motorcycle racer and Harley dealership owner in Columbus,OH . It was primarily used on the great lakes.When Glen moved to Florida he sold the boat to three timeDaytona 200race winnerDick Klamfoth also a motorcycle dealership owner in Groveport and Columbus Ohio.Dick moved the boat to hisHonda Hills home and stored it in his barn with hopes of someday boating down theOhio river. That was thirtyyears ago. In Dec 2014 Dicks house burned and caught the barn on fire which caused smoke and heat damage to the boat. The heat in the barn was intense and it melted any thing plastic on the boat,plumbing, light fixtures etc. The fiberglass is smoke stained but does not appear to be damaged. The engines being below the deck hatches did not get damaged. We are selling the boat with no reserve and maybe somebody can make it useable again. No trailer. We do not have a title and belive the year of the boat to be between 1970 to 1973.Please ask questions and we will do our best to accurately answer them. Al phone
