This is a no reserve auction fora1984 Shamrock 20 foot pilot house center console with Pleasurcraft Marine ford V8 direct inboard.The trailer shownISNOT included in the sale.We are listing this boat and representing it in completelyas-isconditionwith noreserve. Please read the ad and view the pictures carefully as this boat will be sold to whoeverhas the high bid at auctions end.We have included106 large pictures below the adto show you as much detailas possible as well as a description of condition. Our description of conditionis based on a brief and casual inspection and is only to help you decide its value. You are welcome to inspect the boat in person if you wish to do so. This Shamrock has a full keel and is in very good original condition. It had only one owner since new and has only 526 hours logged on the still working hour meter. The boat has been sitting since 2013 and will need some work to get running. Cosmetically the boat looks great but would benefit well from a buff and wax. The gel coat is in good shape other than light fading with only age appropriate scratches and dings.The decks are all rocksolid and in good shape.The consoleseating looks original and in useable shape. The wood could use a cleaning and maybe some varnish to look really nice.

Mechanically we hooked up our jump battery to see what worked. The engine would not crank as the starter motor just clicked.The engine does turn by hand easilyand the oil is still gold and new looking. It will need a new starter motor and possible a tune upto run at the very least. The engine and transmission are both very clean as well as all the running gear. The manifolds and risers look like they have been replaced fairly recently. The bilge is spotless as welland everything looks original and un-tampered with. The transmission shifts smooth but the steering cable is tight or frozen. The anchor light, bow light, wiper, bilge blower,bilge pump,and most gauges all work well.There is a dual battery set upwith selector switch installed. There is only one newerbattery installed currently and it holds a charge well. This boat is being sold in as-is condition as a fixer upper. The trailer shown is not included in the sale.It is notthe original trailer for the boat and does not fit properly. It is currently blocked up in the stern to clear the keel. This boat will need a trailer to accommodate the full keel design. We can get a new Venture trailerbuilt for this type of boat for $2800 if interested.
