You could use as is or I was planing to redoflooring , galleycabinets , upholstery , and window coverings.Electrical and plumbing are working as well as head,stove oven mico and frig . I did not find anydry rot or mold. Theceiling is in fineoriginal condition without any water stains, all the windows and doors are tight.Bilges are dry.
