1995 8' by 30' MYACHT Aluminum Pontoon Houseboat including a 90 HP 2-Stroke EVINRUDE Motor and a NEW 2015 Triple Axle Bunk Trailer. MYACHT Houseboats are well known for their exceptionally large pontoons which increase their flotation and carrying capacity. This trailerable houseboat is road legal on all highways in all states. The cabin is 8' wide by 15' long and can sleep up to 4 people. It has a sleeper sofa which can be converted into a bed and a dining booth that can also be converted into a bed. It has a kitchenette with a sink, stove, refrigerator and freezer. There are a lot of nice cabinets for storage. It has a enclosed bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet. It is set up to connect to shore power and has an air conditioner in it. The cabin has a sliding glass door in the front. It has several large windows with screens. There aren't any cracks in the windows or the glass door. It has a ladder up to the roof so it can be used as an upper sun deck for lounging, sunbathing, and jumping into lakes. This boat and motor was in use when I bought it this year. It was moored in a slip at a marina on a lake in Arkansas. We drove it onto this brand new trailer,which was built specifically for this houseboat,when we loaded it. So it comes with the 2015 heavy duty triple axle bunk trailer it is pictured on, which has only been used once to pull it 1000 miles to our factory. It pulled real well on this trailer, and I'm confident it could be hauled to anywhere in the country on this trailer. This trailer has 3 heavy duty 3500 lb axles with electric brakes and 13" tires. The trailer has a step ladder with a handrail to make it easier to get into the boat when it's on the trailer. I could sell this trailer alone for $4500-5000. This is the original motor that has always been on this boat. Our mechanic checked itoutand tuned it up. It starts right up and runs real good.
