Hello, I have been looking for a small (26') trailerable house boat like this one for sometime now. Are there any issues with this boat that a buyer should know about? The main thing for me is the roof. I have owned four houseboats in my life and on all four of them the roofs leaked!!! I am sick of fixing roof leaks. What is your location, (state and city)? What year is the engine? When was the boat used last? Any leaks in the pontoons??? I'm interested and would like to look at your boat, plus hear the engine run. My cell number is ***.
