The previous owner of "Point in Time" is a real classic Hatteras fan, and his vision in creating her was to be able to step back in a frame of mind that a vintage Hatteras can give. He can step aboard and transport himself to an era that gives him pleasure and relaxation.He could have spent $1,000,000 on a new boat, but new boats just wouldn't do the job for him. Instead, he spent $1,000,000 on what he really wanted. He made every effort to keep the original look, while putting it in new condition. He hired a full time Captain/Engineer/Carpenter/Electrician/Mechanic/Fiberglass Man and Visionary (Captain Bill). Together they set out on an adventure to create and use what can be described as a work of art from the heart.They spent $200,000 in the engine rooms with complete rebuilds (about 200 hrs SMOH). A new Paint Job, New electrical, and numerous "I Wants" that make her a masterpiece. Note that many fixtures and mechanicals are new and updated, but where practical, kept the original.
Description: 

The boat has 4 staterooms and 4 heads. The captains quarters is forward and to starboard with bunks and an ensuite head and shower. The #3 guest head is forward and to port with crisscrossed bunks and an ensite head and shower. The #1 guest stateroom is amidships and to port with twins and a head across the companionway with a separate shower. The master is aft with a King and an ensuite head shower and tub.
