This is a 2012 build steel Coaster, based on ideas of Great Lakes Fish Tugs as awidebeam crusing houseboat, with a full-size kitchen, sauna, toilet and a large living area.She is a strongly constructed and finished as a very comfortable and safe cruisingvessel or Live Aboard.. Able to provide safety trawel around Europe waterways, and let youlive on board all year long. This can be an ideal Retirement Boat (easily handled by Two) oran Investment as a Holiday boat for family or to rent out. Needs nothing to head to the keys and enjoy.I drove the boat down from Baltic sea to Black Sea by Volga in 2015. Transmission and engine cooled by keel cooling - common cooling line,dry exhaust. Shaft 80 mm, steel prop 820 x 1220 mm, standart, low vibration, 4 blades. Vetus hydraulic steering, visually controlled by cameras.Fuel tanks 7000L, extra 1000L of fuel may be hold in engine room tanks.She currently has approximately 2,500 liters of fuel in the bunkers.ConstructionTug type steel structure, 4-6 mm hull plates,with stringers on bottom and 1/2 of a board high. Inside hullpainted by zinc and epoxy, covered rubber primer, no any rust, outside painted 2012, by zinc and alum. primerand hammerite. Underwater sandblasted, painting made by 2 component epoxy plus antifouling.Hull is made with avery strong structure, plates thiknes 5-6 mm. Zinc anodes all around. All hull plates, structure, transmission,epoxy painting and stuff is new,in very good condition. Draft 1.4M - useful for inland waters.Triple Keel.Deadrise 20 Degrees.Concrete ballastabout 10 tonn. Fuel tanks, 1000L of fresh water and 1000L gray waters hold in plastic cubes.Pilothouse about 15m2,wide top deck covered by plastic.Construction history photos avaliable.AccommodationDouble king size bed in master cabin, and doule sofa in living room. Lot of space overall, for more guests.Insulated with 100mm of mineral and film insulation. The whole boat has been fitted out using naturalwood materials. The bedroom, with free standing bed, also has wardrobes and cupboards. Sofa converts to adouble bed, storage under seating area and also some under the floor. The Living area has 12 round 400mmpolycarbonate unbreakuble windows, two flat screen tv point with 40" and 2 CD. Galley and toilet has a 3 large windows over sink.
