LIKE NEW 1995 COMMANDER 26 SIGNATUREGO FAST BOAT !!We were on vacation in Northern California when I found this beautiful Commander 26 that had been completely shrink wrapped and stored indoors since 2005.I peeled off the shrink wrap to find the custom cockpit cover on underneath .We removed it to find a flawless custom interior.This is a brand new 1995 with 240 original hours freshwater hours.We had four new 8 ply tires installed and drove her back to Florida.Knowing that this 8.1 485 H.P. motor had not been started in over 8 plus years I took it to a Certified Mercruiser mechanic to have the tanks drained , fluids changed and a full workup on the vessel prior to starting the engine.They determined that a major fuel component on these race type boats was bad and I spent over$ 1900.00 for the part and with labor and the rest of the incidentals we spent over 3K on getting her up to mint running condition.I have all the reciepts and the parts and labor are under warranty.Because this boat has only been in freshwater lakes the mechanic and myself decidided not to go out and have some quick fun , but to sell it as it is , A FRESHWATER GO FAST BOAT !!The boat comes with it's custom built tandem trailer that shows little signs of surface rust and does still have the stickers of the manufactuer from California on the side.California title for both boat and trailer !!I have at an additional cost,a 2014 30' Tandem I Beam aluminum trailer that can be purchased from The Seller if The Buyers intend to put this boat in salt water .If not the original trailer needs a little bead blasting , some paint and the lights rewired or just splash and go !She starts and sounds like a NASCAR race boat .I have owned Baja's , Cigarette and other type of Go Fast boats but this highly sought after Commander blows all of them away in style , performance and quality.Google Commander 26' and you will see that Commander rules the West Coast !Everyone who is anybody owns a Commander !We buffed out the hull below the rubrail and with little effort it looks as new as it did in 1995.However we did nothing above the rubrail as the years of being wrapped caused some pimpling type issues on the very front of the bow about 12 " back and the same below on the nose under the rubrail.I had it looked at by a custom boat painter and decal specialist and you can either buff the top and ignore the small complextion problem or have matching graphics put over them to match the originals , all for around $ 500 - $ 750.00!1995 Commander 26' Signature with 240 hours !!!Mercruiser 8.1L 496 Magnum HO,(425HP), Bravo 1 X drive, stainless steel Prop 24p, factory upgrades, very fast boat with run right at 70MPH, nice 24 degree Deep-Vee hull, Custom Gel-coat design upgrade, Open Bow - Mid Cuddy w - dual lounges, (4) full length stringers, balsa core w - hand lamination, color matched 40oz triple stitched interior, Electric power engine ram, Billet hardware S - S rear ladder, built in fiberglass swim platforms, built in cup holders, offshore controls, Custom Livorsi marine gauges, offshore bucket seats with drop down bolster cushions, sport steering wheel, built in navigation lights, stainless steel bow rails, Fiberglass lined cockpit with floor drains, CD player, New series 27 dual batteries w - switch, S - S foot rests, glove box, top of the line on everything, custom trans - thru exhaust, Includes a 2005 Competitive double axle trailer with brand new 8 ply tires and spare tire, This boat and trailer were custom ordered for over 55K new.
