Yacht was stripped down to the hull and rebuild 100% aluminum all decks wall's are aluminum. 2 Detroit diesel rebuild with 0 hours. 2 rebuild transmissions, new shafts, new propellers, new tanks, new 110v electric panel, new plumbing lines, new glass all around, new $80.000 paint job. All balance tanks open and clean.Yacht needs: Interior finish, engines wiring and exhaust not gone. Steering not done. Pilot house not done. Yacht does not move on it's own power. Yacht is Miami Fl. Hi, I just idly came across this renovation project and wondered how sound the hull is? Has the owner thought of selling it as a project to make a 'cabin in the woods' for someone? This might be a better prospect than getting it fully seaworthy? I'd buy it if I didn't live in England, literally just to use it as a cabin in a wood, while renovating it, to get around planning permission laws, and then launching it! Is it a feasible thing to ship a boat like this across the pond to say, Liverpool? Best wishes, Stephen Copestake.
